This living room is so simple but so elegant! I think you can't go wrong with two sofas facing each other and it's such a classic furniture layout for a living room. This was such a simple look to replicate and would be so easy to personalize with the right decor and accessories. The sofa I found is from Ikea and is under $500! You could easily dress it up with amazing pillows and a throw for a more luxurious look. The coffee table I chose isn't exactly the same, but it still gives the same feel. The texture and finish add warmth and coziness to the room. Again, you can easily customize this look by placing decor and accessories on the coffee table to create the desired look. I love the nesting side tables in the photo, but nesting tables are pretty tricky to find.  I found some in a similar finish that still gives the same feel and at an affordable price. The last piece is the X-base ottomans. These are another classic furniture piece, the ones I chose ties into the gray sofa and creates a cohesive look. The pieces below are such great replicas of the ones in the image and would look amazing after being styled.

The breakfast room is probably my favourite space from this article. I love the combination of the wood tones and black accents in this space. It could easily look overwhelming with so much wood, but because of the black and white accents it creates a more modern and refined space.  The black marble table is definitely the showstopper in this space, but these aren't so easy to come by. I found a black lacquered table in the same shape to create the same feel. I love the mid-century modern chairs and was so happy when I found very similar ones. These chairs are not the most affordable, but they are very unique and a great investment for the quality. My favourite piece in this room is the wood sideboard. The texture is beautiful and it creates a warmth within the space. What's great about the sideboard I chose is that it is made out of reclaimed Teak wood. Teak wood is the highest quality for furniture construction and will last for years to come. The finishing touch on this room is the light fixture and the size of it. I was able to find almost the exact same one. I love the softness of this fixture to balance out all of the heavy wood pieces.

the master bedroom

This bedroom is really beautiful for how minimal it is. The colour palette is so simple and the natural beauty of the wood really shines. Wood panelled walls might not be for everyone so I chose a simple bed to still give that same look. This bed is a really affordable option for that modern wood look. A great dupe for the nightstands are these ones from Ikea. They are really minimal and modern for the same look as the ones in the photo. The last wood piece is the table lamps. The modern design really elevates the wood look in this space and brings warmth and texture. What finishes this space off is the abstract art and the luxurious throw blanket on the bed. This is such a simple and modern space that is so easy to replicate on a budget.

the master ensuite

The master ensuite is not as easy to replicate within your own home, but by replacing faucets and adding a stool by the bathtub it creates a spa-like feel. If you're planning on doing a bathroom reno and want this look for your home I chose a vanity just in case. This vanity is from Lowe's and is very affordable considering it comes with sinks, a countertop, and faucets. I love when faucets are given special attention and made to be the jewellry of the space. I think hardware and fixtures are so important within a space and can add a more luxurious feel so easily. For a spa-like bathroom, it is so important to pay attention to achieve this detail. It doesn't have to be expensive, but the finishing touches like faucets, a nice bench, or a beautiful mirror can make a huge impact.
